We understand and believe in the importance of practicing great hygiene at the dojo, and here’s how!

• Installing 3 Hand Sanitizer Dispensers, one at          the door, bathroom and changing room

• Limit the classes to 5 students only!

• All equipment will be sprayed and wiped down        after every class

• Mats will be wiped after every class

• All students are required to wear sparring                gloves and martial art shoes while on the mats. 

• Students must wash/sanitize hands before              and after class
